Keith Hovan, the CEO of Southcoast Health is not arrested but is being charged with assault and battery.
The incident took place on Saturday in his home and he was arraigned 2 days later on one count of assault and battery.
The assault took place on the 6th of November at around 10:20 p.m. at his home in Mary Pond’s road.
Likewise, the unforgivable case was considered as a domestic dispute.

The documents on the court have showed that Hovan owns a heavy numbers of firearms. Following the incident, his license to carry firearm has been revoked and his firearms are seized by Rochester police.
